Main duties of the job
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of the Chalgrove Nursing Home in Poole. This will include tasks such as personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, and planning and participating in social activities. You will also hold line management responsibilities for care and senior care assistants, and in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the home. The successful candidate must have at least two years' experience in a social care environment and be qualified to at least QCF level 2.
