Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing support, communication, and engagement with the residents, assisting with personal care tasks, ensuring residents can live as independently as possible, planning and participating in social activities, overseeing medication administration, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also hold line manager responsibilities for care and senior care assistants, and in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the home.
