Main duties of the job
The Care Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including supervising and supporting a team of care assistants. This will involve providing personal care to residents, such as assistance with washing, dressing, and medication administration. Additionally, the Care Team Leader will collaborate with the activities coordinator and management to plan and participate in social activities and outings for the residents. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
