Operational Excellence:Champion a culture of safety, personcentred practice and continuous improvement across all services, ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional outcomes.

HighPerforming Teams:Provide strong, visible leadershipcoaching, developing and empowering Operations Managers. Youll ensure robust supervision, build future talent, and nurture a positive, accountable culture.

Business Growth:Identify, pursue and deliver new service opportunities in line with the Enable business plan. Youll drive occupancy, strengthen financial performance, and build longterm sustainable growth.

Quality & Performance:Maintain oversight of budgets, staffing, training compliance, safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance frameworksensuring services run safely, effectively and efficiently.

Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate trusting, strategic relationships with commissioners, families, care managers and community partners, enhancing our reputation and unlocking future growth.

Change Leadership:Guide teams through transformation and organisational development, ensuring clarity, engagement and highquality implementation at every stage.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of three years seniorlevel experience within the care sector (preferably LD and MH services)
  • Proven success managing P&L, budgets and operational targets
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and sector regulations
  • Demonstrable experience of driving service quality, staff performance and business growth
  • Evidence of leading large, diverse teams with a coaching, inclusive leadership style
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and partnershipbuilding skills
  • A genuine passion for highquality care and positive outcomes
