What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Must have experience
• Must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required, as this is a bank role
• Day shifts available
• Must be able to drive or live close to the home

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

Qualifications

Essential

• You'll need at least 12 months' right to work in the UK and experience in a care setting. A flexible approach to working days and weekends is also required, as this is a bank role.
