Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centered care to residents, supporting them with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meals, and social engagement. You'll work closely with the wider care team to ensure residents' needs are met, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through Agincare's fully funded training program. This is a bank role, offering flexibility to work days and weekends as required.
