What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Recruitment Business Partners to deliver consistently high-quality recruitment support.
  • Driving proactive recruitment strategies and overseeing performance to meet key hiring targets.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and shape effective recruitment plans.
  • Managing salaried and corporate recruitment campaigns using a mix of advertising, direct sourcing, and headhunting.
  • Allocating recruitment resources effectively across business areas to respond to changing priorities.
  • Championing a customer-first mindsetensuring hiring managers and candidates receive a professional, engaging, and seamless experience.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Providing expert advice on best practice recruitment, policies, and procedures.
  • Using data, trends, and insights to improve operational performance and inform decision-making.
  • Supporting employer brand initiatives and representing Agincare at careers and networking events.
