About You

As a Senior Care Assistant, youll guide and mentor new team members as they begin their journey, while carrying out spot checks and supervisions to help maintain exceptional standards of care. If you have at least 12 months experience, a compassionate nature, and the motivation to grow, this could be the perfect next step for you.

A minimum of 12 months care experience is required and an NVQ level 2 is preferable

Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature

A positive & professional team working ethos

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship

Full UK driving licence - Access to your own car

Full time availability of 40 hours per week

Availability to work flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
