What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Please note that this is a bank position, so you must be available to work days, nights and weekends as and when required
• Must be flexible

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

Qualifications

Essential

• A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK is required. No specific qualifications are listed, but the role involves providing personal care and support to residents, so relevant experience or training in care or healthcare would be advantageous.
