Where youll be working:

Cranford Avenue- Weymouth

This is 2 supported living services on Cranford Avenue supporting 8 individuals with autism and complex needs to live independently within the local community.

Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.

We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes

Encouraging people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.

Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Communicating - effectively communicate using peoples chosen methods

Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches

Recording- keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management

Team player Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
