Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Bosworth Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive high-quality, personalized care. You will also contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure that residents' plans reflect their needs. The Role
A day in the life of a Night Care Assistant
- Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence
- Review -You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs.
- Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way
- Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
- Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available

- Day Care Assistant @ 42 hours per week working from 8am to 8pm on a two weekly rolling rota to include alternative weekends
- Bank Care Assistant - As this is a bank role you must have the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required
