Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an activity plan that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of the residents. You will also be involved in event planning, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties, and maintaining regular communication with the residents to understand their preferences. Additionally, you will provide companionship, support, and engagement to the residents, helping them to live as independently as possible through activities like Zumba, ballroom dancing, and balloon tennis.
