Main duties of the job

As a Maintenance Person at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Tower Bridge care home building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements. This includes assessing and undertaking repairs such as painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with the head office team to refer the repair to a contractor. Ensuring the safety of the care home for all residents is paramount, and you will be required to complete and record work in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
