A day in the life of a home care assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will help support our customers in a variety of ways depending on their needs.This could include providing personal care, administering medication, light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping and companionship.

• No experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. However, good people skills, strong empathy, and a caring and compassionate nature are important. A positive and professional team working ethos, aligned with the company's values, is also desired.
