For Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis, the unit receives nucleic acid, plasmids, and PCR products from UKHSA and external customers. Sequence and fragment analysis data are checked by CSL staff against internal standards and quality scores before electronically notifying and reporting the results to our customers, who analyse their data.
