Main duties of the job

What You'll Do Provide specialist psychological assessment and interventions for adults with complex mental health difficulties. Offer consultation, formulation, and supervision to multidisciplinary colleagues. Contribute to service improvement, development of care pathways, and implementation of best practice. Support the growth of psychological thinking across teams, strengthening trauma informed and recovery focused approaches. Supervise junior staff and trainees as appropriate to your professional background.
