Job summary

Ready to lead the way in exceptional community nursing? This is an exciting opportunity to deliver skilled, evidencebased care to patients who often have highly complex needs, working closely with a wide multidisciplinary team to support individuals and their families within the community. Youll help people maintain independence, meet their individual health needs and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, all while managing a delegated caseload across patients homes, residential settings and nurseled clinics. With autonomy in your practice and the chance to step up and lead the team in the absence of the Lead Nurse, youll make a real and lasting difference to community health.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play an integral role in leading, supporting and developing staff within the team as we prepare for the changes ahead. This role blends clinical expertise with compassionate leadership, giving you the opportunity to contribute to service development, nurture junior colleagues and champion highquality care across the community.
