Job summary

Youll work directly with people managing diabetes, vascular disease and wound care, helping them stay mobile, independent and confident.

This role lets you put your clinical skills to work in meaningful ways while giving you the space to grow. Band 5 podiatrists build strong foundations through a structured preceptorship programme, while Band 6 practitioners deepen their specialist practice with complex caseloads and excellent development opportunities. Be promoted to Band 6 within 2 years. The Band 5 Annex T posts are development posts where you will undergo a period of preceptorship with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 6 position. During this period, you will be assessed and if you meet the competencies there will be an increase in your salary as you progress up to Band 6.

A generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and 10 Public Holidays.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
