Job summary

Manx Care is seeking a compassionate and confident Outpatient Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team at Nobles Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment, coordinating the daily operations of our Outpatient Department and Day Assessment Treatment Unit. Youll use your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, assist with development of policys and standard operating procedures, and ensure the delivery of safe, highquality services. As a visible and supportive leader, you will guide and develop nursing and healthcare staff, fostering an environment built on professionalism, teamwork and exceptional patient experience.

Main duties of the job

In this pivotal role, youll influence the standards of care across a busy department, contributing to clinical governance, service development and continuous improvement. Youll act as a role model in upholding the NMC Code and Manx Care values, communicating effectively with patients, families and colleagues while managing resources, supporting recruitment, and maintaining outstanding clinical practice.
