Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Team Leader, youll play a key role in the daily running of the Emergency Department, combining handson clinical decision making with clear, proactive leadership. Youll help drive service improvements, uphold quality and safety, and create a supportive environment where staff can grow and thrive. This is a role where your skills, compassion and resilience will directly influence patient care, support colleagues and make a real difference every day.
