Job summary

How would you like to step into a role where your decisions directly influence the safety and future of children and families? As a Social Worker within our Initial Response Team, youll be the first point of contact for those needing support. Youll assess needs, analyse risk, respond to concerns, work jointly with police and partner agencies, and guide families through challenging situations with clarity and compassion.

This role gives you the chance to use your professional judgement, communication skills and empathy in a setting where they make a real difference. Youll develop your practice, build confidence in fast paced decision making and play a key part in safeguarding children at the earliest stage.
