Job summary

Looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape high-quality emergency care? Working closely with Clinical Leads and Matrons, you will help uphold the highest standards of patient care while continuing to grow your leadership skills. Main duties of the job

In this pivotal position, you will drive excellence in patient outcomes and care standards, support and mentor colleagues to foster a positive learning culture, and collaborate across the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery. You will also champion patient experience and promote continuous improvement throughout the department, helping to shape how ambulatory services continue to evolve.   • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with current NMC or HCPC Registration
  • Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or ACP status through credentialing process)
  • V300 Non-medical prescriber
  • ALS provider
  • Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Certificate, or equivalent with recent line management experience
