Job summary

Are you a registered healthcare professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference to patients journeys? We are seeking a motivated Off-Island Clinical Case Co-ordinator to join Manx Cares Central Off-Island Referrals Team, helping to ensure patients travelling to the UK for specialist treatment receive safe, seamless and well-supported care every step of the way.

Main duties of the job

In this varied role, youll use your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, co-ordinate care pathways, and liaise closely with consultants, GPs, and transport providers. Youll play a vital part in improving patient safety, enhancing their experience, and shaping the future of off-Island healthcare services. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to learn about and work with Isle of Man Air Ambulance Service. Reduced hours may also be considered if this can work for the service.
