Main duties of the job

Youll provide nursing leadership across outpatient specialties by guiding teams, raising standards, and ensuring safe, highquality patient care. As part of the Senior Nursing Team for Scheduled Care, youll also have the chance to help shape the service at a strategic level. This role calls for someone who leads by example - a positive role model with significant postregistration experience, degreelevel education, and confidence in managing and motivating others. Youll develop a highperforming team, promote continuous learning, drive professional excellence and ensure resources are used effectively.
