As Matron for Surgery at Nobles Hospital on the Isle of Man, youll take charge of the Surgical Wards, lead Senior Sisters, and shape how services are delivered. Your nursing management experience will drive workforce planning, governance, and service improvement - giving you the platform to strengthen the team around you.
