As an Ambulance Duty Operations Manager with the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, youll lead a team of frontline clinicians, guiding their development, welfare, and performance while stepping into the role of Operational Commander during major incidents.   • Hold a qualification in Leadership & Management or currently working towards (e.g. L3 Award in Leadership and Management, or NHS Edward Jenner Programme).
