Job summary

Ready to take your nursing career further? Join our dynamic Medicine & Urgent Care team in the Renal Unit at Nobles Hospital. Step into a comprehensive renal service covering Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, the Hepatitis B vaccination programme, pre and posttransplant care, and the Nephrology Clinic. Youll support patients across the full pathway and youll work in a modern unit with strong clinical governance and close support from the ElectroBiomedical Engineering (EBME) team.

Main duties of the job

Build specialist renal expertise, take the lead on nursing assessments and care planning, and design, implement and evaluate programmes of care that improve outcomes for dialysis patients on the Island.
