Job summary

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a role where your skills truly make a difference? Adult Social Care on the Isle of Man is recruiting a qualified professional to join our Adult Learning Disabilities Team in a full-time, permanent position. Our team provides an island-wide assessment and care planning service for adults with learning disabilities. Youll play a key role in supporting individuals aged 1865, ensuring they receive the right care and support to live fulfilling lives.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will organise and facilitate assessments, develop and implement personalised care plans, and apply social work ethical principles and values in practice. Youll work within the FACs Operational Guidance to maintain high standards and consistent processes. Your expertise and commitment will help deliver a service that makes a real impact.
