Job summary
Step into a leadership role where clinical expertise meets strategic command. As Ambulance Operations Manager - Remote & Specialist Care, youll oversee the Isle of Mans Hear and Treat and Specialist Practitioner teams, ensuring high quality care through remote triage, advanced clinical decision making, and tactical coordination. Collaborating with senior leaders and the Emergency Services Joint Control Room, youll enhance service delivery, respond to major incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
