Job summary

Whether you are an experienced Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), or a Registered Nurse willing to undertake training to develop their skills to become a SANE, we are inviting passionate and dedicated candidates to apply for this vital role within a small but expanding team at the newly established Thie Darragh Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) on the Isle of Man!

Main duties of the job

In this unique position, you will provide Forensic Medical Examinations and holistic, trauma-informed care to victims of sexual assault, supporting their immediate and long-term health outcomes. As part of a team of dedicated professionals, you will help ensure that we offer an equal, effective and efficient service to all outpatients. The Thie Darragh SARC is a brand-new purpose dedicated building, that houses a forensic and non-forensic medical examination suites, pre and post assessment rooms, and a dedicated police interview suite; offering a One Stop service to persons who report a sexual assault or sexual violence.
