Senior Medicines Management Pharmacist

Job summary

Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join a supportive, friendly and patient focused team? We are looking for a Pharmacist to support the Medicines Optimisation Team for up to three days per week (this can be flexible). The role will require a wide range of duties including answering clinical queries, undertaking PGD reviews, contributing to audits and medication reviews. There will be an element of formulary development and policy work. If you have experience of mental health pharmacy this would be advantageous but not essential.
