Job summary

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping high-quality patient care? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to coordinate the day-to-day operational management of the Outpatients Department, including the Day Assessment Treatment Unit (DATU).

Main duties of the job

Youll be responsible for managing your own team, responding to the demands of the service and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Alongside overseeing clinical developments, youll play a key role in inspiring and motivating staff to deliver exceptional standards of care, while mentoring new colleagues and supporting the professional growth of the wider team. This senior role is perfect for a registered nurse with significant post-registration experience who is confident, proactive and forward-thinking.
