Were seeking a dedicated and experienced Prison Healthcare Team Leader to join our compassionate and skilled multidisciplinary team at the Isle of Man Prison in Jurby West. Main duties of the job
As a senior member of the team, youll provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of holistic care to individuals with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. From emergency response and chronic disease management to health promotion and rehabilitation, this is a highly varied role that demands both strategic oversight and hands-on clinical expertise. Youll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure continuity of care and uphold the highest standards of practice. This is a chance to lead a service that mirrors community healthcare provision, empowering individuals to take control of their health and supporting their journey towards rehabilitation.
