The Intermediate Care Service is expanding, and we're offering a unique opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support patient rehabilitation across multiple localities on the Isle of Man. If you have experience in Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, or Community Rehabilitation and you're ready to lead, this could be your next step. Band 7 clinicians in training are also welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

Youll join a supportive team committed to developing person-centred, restorative care in the community. This role isnt just about delivering care its about shaping how it's provided, contributing to service design, and driving continuous improvement.
