Emily's Story
"Noble's Hospital is smaller than the hospitals I worked in back in England, which made settling in much easier and far less overwhelming. Life on the Island is also much calmer than what I was used to, and I've found a brilliant work-life balance. I work Monday to Friday and spend my evenings and weekends working out, exploring new bars and restaurants, visiting family and friends, popping into town or heading out for walks and hikes". Emily (Band 6 Occupational Therapist)
Emily's experience is shared by many Occupational Therapists who join us from larger healthcare systems. The smaller scale of Noble's Hospital means a more personal, supportive working environment, one where new team members can quickly feel at home and confident in their role.
Life on the Isle of Man offers a pace that supports both professional growth and personal well-being. With a manageable Monday to Friday schedule and a strong focus on work-life balance, our team have the time and energy to enjoy everything our Island has to offer.
