Do you thrive on coordinating complex medicine pathways across acute and mental health settings? As a Specialist Pharmacist - Homecare and Biologics, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, managing and developing homecare service and ensuring access and appropriate use of biologics and high cost medicines in our acute care settings in Nobles Hospital, Ramsey & District Cottage Hospital and Mental Health Services.

Youll play a key role in delivering effective, economical, and patient-centred care as part of our supportive pharmacy team - making a real difference in acute and mental health settings across the Isle of Man!
