Main duties of the job

Collaborating with the Head of HR for Manx Care, the Executive Director of OHR, Manx Care, and the HR Advisory Team, you'll lead part of the Advisory Team aligned to your Divisions ensuring HR services remain clear, consistent, and solution-focused. Your expertise will shape key people initiatives and contribute to broader OHR activities, all while supporting Manx Cares objectives and the Isle of Man Government Island Plan 2021-2026.
