Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact on the Education Department of our Ambulance Service. Reporting directly to the Head of Ambulance Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our staff meet local and national standards and guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our future by guiding and empowering both clinical and non-clinical teams with a blended, integrated approach to education.

Main duties of the job

As a key leader, you will provide expert knowledge and guidance to teams across the service. Youll hold a direct specialist portfolio, ensuring that your expertise aligns seamlessly with our educational strategy.
