Job summary

Join our Maternity Unit within the Integrated Women, Children and Families Service as the Head of Midwifery on the beautiful Isle of Man!

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will provide professional and clinical leadership and guidance for staff and drive forward a seamless and integrated service across both acute and community settings within the directorate. You will also ensure continuous improvement of the patient experience, maintain robust clinical and operational governance systems, and contribute to the strategic direction, policies, and service development of midwifery services across the Isle of Man.
