Job summary

Join our friendly team as a Learning Disability Liaison Nurse - Adults within the Integrated Primary and Community Care Group on the beautiful Isle of Man.

Main duties of the job

The key purpose and underlying principle of this role is to facilitate access and develop pathways to mainstream health and care services for adults with a learning disability. This is an autonomous role within a multi-disciplinary team where you will be working with GPs, partner organisations, secondary care and the community teams to identify gaps in service provision and to support the development of new and existing services regarding the care, support and management of adults with learning disabilities.
