Job summary

As a Nurse Practitioner / Urgent Care Practitioner you will be responsible for delivering a prompt, high-quality service to the Minor Injuries Unit based at the Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man.

Main duties of the job

You will work autonomously to manage a case load of patients who attend the unit as a result of undiagnosed/undifferentiated problems. Using your advanced knowledge and clinical skills, you will assess, diagnose, treat, discharge or refer patients to other health care professionals as appropriate.

  • ALS provider / willingness to complete ALS training.
  • IR(MER) trained, Completed Red dot radiology course, significant experience interpreting x-rays.
