About the role and our team
Join our team as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist within the Acute Medical and Emergency Department at Noble’s Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man!
Within this role you will support the development of a responsive, proactive, patient-focused Clinical Pharmacy Service to the Acute Medical Admissions Unit (AMU), being an active member of the multidisciplinary team and promoting the safe, appropriate and clinically effective use of medicines.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and contributing to training all Pharmacy staff rotating through the AMU
- Promoting and developing the optimum use of medicines
- Ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care on admission and transfer to other wards
- Providing clinical pharmaceutical care for complex patients in the Emergency Department (ED)

About the Island and relocating

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
