Main duties of the job

About the role and our team

Are you passionate about providing high quality services to vulnerable adults? We’re looking for a Safeguarding Officer to join our Adult Safeguarding Team!

You will provide a rapid response to Adult Safeguarding referrals, undertake risk assessments and risk analysis, and create and implement Adult Safeguarding Protection Plans and work within the 6 Safeguarding Principles. Incorporated into every aspect of your role will be the Making Safeguarding Personal principles (MSP) to ensure Service Users are at the forefront of decision making.

You’ll be joining our small, specialist team who undertake all duties in relation to Adult Safeguarding. We work alongside adults to ensure they are central to our work, upholding the ethos of Making Safeguarding Personal.
