The Ministry of Defence (MOD) provides an occupationally focused HealthCare Service. Our Specialist Occupational Health (OH) services encompass the medical aspects of an individual's fitness for work, to include employment, deployment, health surveillance, rehabilitation, provision of advice to commanders and (Army only) ill-health retirement. OH is a key contributor to force preparation, force multiplier and force sustainment, and is a common thread through all health and wellbeing interventions.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Health Clinician (Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist) to join our vibrant and fast paced organisation that seeks to sustain and improve the operational efficiency of injured service personnel by supporting the delivery of a peripatetic occupational health service. The role is based at Aldershot Centre for Health, Hospital Hill, Aldershot, Hants, GU11 1AY.
The vacant post is a full time post working 37.5 per week.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a peripatetic Occupational Health (OH) service which requires travel between the base location and the assigned units.
