Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) Central and Wessex region are looking for a dynamic, organised, and efficient Band 5 Practice Nurse who will be working within our Primary Health Care team at Halton Medical Centre. Halton is networked with High Wycombe Medical Centre so they may be times you will be asked to work from the other site. The post offers full time hours 37.5 hrs per week.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team (MDT) delivering primary healthcare nursing including elements of occupational health.
The post holder will work with the Senior Practice Nurse or Senior Medical Officer within the medical facility (MF).
Depending upon qualifications and experience the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of appropriate assessment treatment, screening and advice to patients within their professional competence and in accordance with Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) clinical guidelines and protocols.
