This is a full time role offering 37.5 hours per week. Part-time candidates will be considered but due to service delivery requirements it must be on a job share basis as full-time hours need to be covered. The salary will be pro-rata where part-time hours are undertaken.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team delivering primary healthcare nursing including elements of occupational health within the London Combined Medical Practice and will be a focal point for Primary Health Care nursing issues within area of practice. The Combined Practice is formed of three sites Woolwich, London Central and Hyde Park Practices and there is an expectation the Band 6 nurse will be required to work across all sites.
The post holder will be able to work unsupervised and provide nursing care to the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) population at risk, holding an individual case load, and through consultation identify, assess and diagnose patients with complex health needs, minor injuries, minor illnesses and specific diseases within their level of competence.
