The Combined Practice is formed of 2 sites Northwood and Northolt Practices. There is an expectation the Band 5 Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) will be required to work across both sites
The vacant post is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Part-time candidates will be considered but due to service delivery requirements it must be on a job share basis as full-time hours need to be covered.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of exercise based rehabilitation including highly specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury area for the population at risk (PAR), meeting Standards for Better Health by using a multidisciplinary approach.
You will provide a positive caring environment, in which patients can expect a high quality professional service. And provide full support to the line manager in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professional rehabilitation service for entitled personnel. This will include undertaking highly skilled and specialist work, peer review and support to Junior/other ERIs working within the Unit.
