If the answer is yes, then we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our encouraging and welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare professionals and administrative staff working within the Regional Occupational Health Team (ROHT), Aldershot, Hampshire.
This position offers 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
To support ROHT clinical staff in the care of Service Personnel (SP) receiving specialist Occupational Health (OH) interventions. The role will include case managing SP who are transitioning from service to civilian life, liaising with recovery staff who support these SP, leading or being the link for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and equipment care. Additional skills and training can be acquired in role that will expand the Health Care Assistants (HCA's) scope of practice under supervision.
