Main duties of the job
The Physiotherapist will undertake a dual role, providing care for patients under the governance and policy of Defence Primary Healthcare for both Royal Navy Recovery Centre (RNRC) Hasler and Primary Care Rehabilitation Facility (PCRF) in HMS Drake. This includes treating patients from both RNRC Hasler, and other members of the Royal Navy Recovery Pathway as service needs require. The allocation of time division between each work area depends upon service need and should be reviewed as required.
You are required to ensure the provision of a comprehensive and professional physiotherapy/rehabilitation service for RNRC Hasler personnel. This includes undertaking highly skilled and specialist work in both the complex trauma and neuromusculoskeletal area.
