Job summary

The Royal Navy Occupational Health Service (RNOHS) is looking to appoint a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic and experienced Band 7 Occupational Health Clinician who has the personality and character to motivate and support team members to achieve desired results. You will need to be committed to service delivery and improvement, have effective decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
This position offers 37.5 hours per week. The salary will be pro rata where the part time hours are undertaken and applications for part time or job share to cover these hours are welcome.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide delivery of a peripatetic Occupational Health (OH) service which requires travel between base location and assigned units. The majority clinical activity is delivered face to face in the Service Person (SP)s workplace / military environment or a clinic setting, therefore often requiring travel.
