We are looking for a Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor
to join our welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare
professionals and administrative staff located at the Queen Elizabeth Healthcare
Centre, Tidworth, Wiltshire.
The position offers 37.5 hours per week.The salary will be
pro rata where the part time hours are undertaken and applications for part time
or job share to cover these hours are welcome.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be sustaining and improving the training and operational effectiveness of injured Service
Personnel by provision of high quality targeted rehabilitation, accelerating their return to optimal
physical capacity, whilst influencing their psychological and social health.

Duties and
responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Providing a positive caring environment, in which patients can expect a high quality
professional service.
- Working within the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Programme (DMRP) is to provide
a high standard of exercise based rehabilitation including highly specialist work in the
musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury area for the PAR, meeting Standards for Better
Health1 by using a multidisciplinary approach.
- Developing and maintaining of their own personal, service, and professional
standards to the highest attainable levels.
- Providing clinical reports to assist in the comprehensive discharge planning for both
referring source and ongoing patient care under other health professionals.

Selection Process Details
The sift will be completed within 5 working days of the vacancy closing date. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed. There will be no reimbursement for any travel for interview.
